\u200bAt the discussion, the members of the senior advisory board and the executive board of the Myanmar Institute of Strategic and International Studies, researchers and Vice Rector of the University of Yangon, Ministry of Education discussed on the topics such as \u201cEnhancing Myanmar-Russia Public Diplomacy: Challenges and Opportunities\u201d, \u201cThe Way Forward for Collaboration between Myanmar and Russia in the Higher Education Sector\u201d, \u201cChanges on Public Services in Myanmar\u201d, \u201cMyanmar-Russia Higher Education Cooperation\u201d and \u201cThe Roles of Think Tanks in Myanmar-Russia Relations\u201d. Then, the Russian higher educational representatives discussed on the subjects like \u201cMyanmar Studies in Russia: Education and Research\u201d and \u201cThe Current Balance of Power on World Stage\u201d. In addition, the representatives and Officials from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, the People\u2019s Friendship University and the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute shared the information about the studies in the universities. Afterwards, exchange of views was made among the participants.<\/span><\/p>\n
