ေသနဂၤမဟာဗ်ဴဟာေလ့လာေရးအဖြဲ႔ (TISS) အမႈေဆာင္ဒါ႐ိုက္တာ ေဒါက္တာႏိုင္ေဆြဦးႏွင့္ ဦးသိန္းထြန္းဦးတို႔အား အိႏိၵယႏုိင္ငံ နယူးေဒလီၿမိဳ႕အေျခစိုက္ Vivekananda International Foundation (VIF) မွ Senior Fellow Colonel Jaideep Chanda က လာေရာက္ ေတြ႔ဆံုကာ အျပန္အလွန္ ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ေရးဆိုင္ရာ ကိစၥရပ္မ်ားကို ေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့ၾကပါသည္။
TISS ႏွင့္ VIF တို႔သည္ ၂၀၁၉ ခုႏွစ္ ႏိုဝင္ဘာလ ၂၈ ရက္က ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ေရးဆိုင္ရာ နားလည္မႈသေဘာတူစာခၽြန္လႊာ (MoU on Cooperation) ကို နယူးေဒလီၿမိဳ႕တြင္ လက္မွတ္ေရးထိုးၿပီး ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

TISS နှင့် VIF တို့သည် ၂၀၁၉ ခုနှစ် နိုဝင်ဘာလ ၂၈ ရက်က ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ နားလည်မှုသဘောတူစာချွန်လွှာ (MoU on Cooperation) ကို နယူးဒေလီမြို့တွင် လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးပြီး ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
Meeting with Senior Fellow from Vivekananda International Foundation (VIF)
Colonel Jaideep Chanda, Senior Fellow, Vivekananda International Foundation (VIF) visited Thayninga Institute for Strategic Studies (TISS) on December 13, 2019. Dr. Naing Swe Oo presented the brief history of TISS. Both sides discussed about the current regional situations and future cooperation. TISS and VIF signed Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation on November 28, 2019.
